We are the only company on the market to offer Solid Shield coating, a polymer that coats sublimation mugs, ensuring the durability of the sublimation print even after many dishwasher cycles.
Maximum
decoration durability
Mugs with the “SOLID” suffix in their name are coated with the unique SolidShield polymer for maximum print resistance. Our durability tests of SOLID SHIELD-coated decorations in a professional WINTERHALTER dishwasher show that the coating guarantees dishwasher resistance, remaining intact
for more than 2 500 cycles in LIGHT mode and min. 1 000 cycles in the ULTRA intensive wash mode.
The results of print durability tests conducted in Winterhalter professional dishwashers cannot be directly transferred
to household conditions due to significant differences in appliance types, wash cycles, and detergents used.

Branding of our sublimation mugs is available in two modes: the manual MASTER variant, which allows for an individual approach to designs, and the more than 50% cheaper machine SMART variant, dedicated especially to large print runs.
Fast production time
The standard production time is just 5 working days. Additionally, for the SMART mode, you can choose the SMART 24H accelerated option, which we will prepare in just 24 hours – with the same quality but with a slightly smaller print area, while for the MASTER mode, you can choose the already known Last Minute option (3 working days).
